A successful landlord is one who does a good job with Boston Property Management. A good landlord is one who responds to complaints in a timely manner. Problems will always be inevitable, as they are part and parcel of owning property. It helps that you help your tenants by listening to them and resolving their problems. If you help them out, it will help build trust between you and your tenants.
