1. Mulch

Mulch is good for flower beds and will end up saving you a lot of time and money. You can create mulch at home by composting your food waster. Alternatively you can check with your local government to see if they have a program which allows for picking up of lawn waste which is then turned into mulch for you.

2. Prune, trim, pull

Invest some time pruning, trimming and weeding your plants so that your yard looks neat and appealing. So if you have any bushes or shrubs prune them and add mulch so they can look good. 7. Outdoor lights

Invest in outdoor lighting so that your backyard looks good. It won’t cost you as much but then it all depends on how much you have to spare. The best option is using LED lights as they last much longer, save energy and don’t attract bugs.
