MA Property management can be fun if you know what you are doing. Sometimes one can rely on some good real estate advice to get things going. However this does not mean that whatever you hear is reliable. Fortunately you do not have to worry about what is right or wrong, as we have compiled a list for you.

1. Avoiding Home Inspection

It’s important to check the home before you buy it. This will help you see what you are getting. It will let you see if the property is in good condition. This can also help you save money on your investment.

2. Not checking up on the Landlord

The landlord of a building does matter as you have to deal with him for everything. So it’s a good idea to check and see how he is like. A bad decision will resonate for a long time.

3. Property/listings on the market forever have some sort of flaw

Just because properties are on the market for a while does not mean that there is a flaw. Sometimes one misses great listings/properties. Properties which do not do well are probably due to some minor defect or coz they are priced too high.

4. “Trust me; you don’t want to live in that neighborhood.”

It is up to you to decide whether you want to live in that neighborhood or not. If an estate agent is not taking you around, then it means that either they are unfamiliar with the neighborhood or they are steering you away. In the latter case it is illegal and should be reported immediately.

5. “Wait to buy. Prices will come down.”

That is the worst piece of advice in MA Property Management. One should buy when one has the funds, as prices never go down.

6. “Don’t bother looking at the association financials when buying a condo.”

It is important to look at the financials of an association so that you what how strong they are financially. This will allow you to make better decisions as it will help you in the long run.

7. “Use a family friend as your attorney to save money.”

It makes more sense to work with an experienced real estate lawyer as they tend to know more. It’s not a good idea to work with a family friend who has no experience.

8. “Always offer at least 5-10% less than the asking price.”

Don’t ever offer less than the asking price as you will not be considered a serious buyer. It’s next to impossible to get an offer for a lower price, unless the property is overpriced.

9. “WAIT till you find a better place”

It is not easy finding a good place in Boston. If you see a good place which comes up, make an offer rather than waiting for the price to fall down.

10. “You can wait to get pre-approved until you find the right house.”

Don’t procrastinate getting a mortgage till you find the right house. Start the process as soon as you have decided to get a house.
